Ah — well the air is largely sulfuric acid (H2So4) which itself is a valuable commodity that is used on earth to support various industrial processes (like processing ore, refining oil or manufacturing fertiliser).

Water could be obtained by capturing the trace amounts to be found in Venus’s atmosphere, or distilling the sulfuric acid in the clouds.

The surface could be mined in due course— though this might need to be with the aid of automated drones/robots.
