It is little more than a bloody nose for Huawei imo.

I believe the majority of their business interests are in the developing world — which will only continue to grow as more and more of the populace in these countries escape poverty and enter the middle class (and thus potential Huawei customers).

The US will only slightly slow Huawei’s progress…but winter is coming.
